THE POTATO:

SPONGES

Sponges are aquatic animals; there are 5,000 to 10,000 species of sponges known.  Most of sponges live in salt water and only few of them in fresh water. Sponges eat tiny microorganism like plankton, especially because of their size, sponges are filter feeders, that means that sponges have an especial cell called choanocytes      that filters the water that have their food.

Most of sponges are hermaphrodites, but sometimes sperm from a sponge float through the water to an egg cell from another sponge and they create a new larva.

ISSUE:Not sexual information when we have the rigth to be informed and who to prevent sicknesses about sexual transmitionand the right to know  wht sexual relation ships can affects  them  and people around they and all the problems or situations they will pass and we will explein more topics.

OBJECTIVE: We wath to adolecents who to take care about their bodies and to prevent sexual sicknesses or to have badies with teens mothers and to exeplein them all the resposabilities that a baby carries in our life.

I will work with Mariana padilla and Juliana nuñez ... We decided that the topic will be; If homosexual couples can adopt, raise a child and if this child will be affected in a moral way because of having homosexual parents. The objective is to figure out if is ethical and responsable to let a homosexual couples raise a child. And inform people about this theme... I think that this is related to the unit because it is about responsibility sexual and reproduction rights. Because also we are taking about why homosexual couples can't have Kids.

The problem and the objective of my Summative Evaluation:

My problem of the summative evaluation is how the culture and the religion affects the sexuality? this is  for me a very inportant issue because is a tool very usefull to the people that suffers this  problem because if they read this article or this exploration they can be more informed to defend they reproductive rights and they sexual rights.

My objective with this summative evaluation is to help that people that dont want to be with a person that they dont like or dont have more that one kid etc... because they religion or they culture dont leth them or push it to doed and they are violate they reproductive rights and they sexual rights they can defend.
Possible actions:

# Create a blog with many information and real campanies that help this kind of people to lived people INFORMED.

# Create games in my school to promove the respect beetween cultures and how they can help them.

Our issue on the summative evaluation is if it is ethical and responsible to allow gay and lesbian couples to raise a child. We chose that topic because everyone always thinks of gays as boys who love boys and lesbians as girls who like girls, but they never look at the rights or the responsibilities that they have and we want to change that.

HOW THE WORLD WORKS

Issue:Our issue is about the raping that men have and that some women do not have the economical resources to keep their baby but some do have the resources so men that rap the women have to go to jail because a a rule of many parts of the world and of the citys and the countrys is that the women get to decide if they want to have sexual relations with men.

Objective:The objective of this work is that men learn that they cannot rape a woman and that it is really bad that the women aborts because the babys die and it is not fair that the baby dies!!!!

So then the dad goes to jail and the women that do not have economical resources cannot keep their babies so they have to abort or to but their poor babies in adoption!!!!!!!

Cuando hablamos con Lorena ella nos explico como es que uno madura y uno puede entender que es la sexualidad para poder entender que uno respeta la parte de la sexualidad que eso no tiene nada de malo por que cada ser humano debe madurar y aprender a respetar las diferencias que todos tenemos, no discriminar a nada ni nadie por ser diferente.

Yo pude aprender mucho sobre la sexualidad fue muy interesante hablar sobre el tema por que uno lo entienda y sepa para que sirve las partes privadas de la mujer y el hombre, hablando sobre la sexualidad pudimos empezar  a saber que si quieres hacer el amor y todavía no eres lo suficientemente grande  para tener un hijo o no tienes que tomar la decisión correcta para ser papá o mamá a temprana edad piensa en usar protección si quieres tener una relación y quedar embarazada.

Aprendí muchas cosas sobre el cuerpo humano cuando fui al "Parque de la muñeca Camila".
  Camila era una muñeca gigante ... teníamos que entrar y ver partes de su cuerpo como: el sistema digestivo, las cuerdas vocales, los pulmones, el corazon, etc

También vimos que Camila estaba embarazada vimos que a su bebe nacer y cual es el proceso para que una mujer quede embarazada.

Yo aprendí que los seres humanos tenemos derechos reproductivos y sexuales y que todos ellos deben ser respetados... pero también tenemos que ser responsables con este tema porque muchas veces algunas  adolescentes quedan embarazadas por no pensar en las consecuencias y no tomar las precauciones para que esto no sucediera... lamentablemente muchos de estos casos terminan en aborto.

Durante esta actividad también dibujamos hombres y mujeres adolescentes y luego tuvimos que escribir cuales eran los derechos reproductivos y sexuales de el hombre y la mujer, luego discutimos sobre este tema.

El viernes 27 de enero del 2012 Lorena nos dio una charla sobre: la reproducción, los derechos sexuales, los cambios físicos de una persona y los emocionales.

Dibujamos un hombre o una mujer sin ropa, dijimos los derechos sexuales de las personas y sus cambios físicos y emocionales y después vimos un vídeo sobre 2 adolecentes que querían hacer sexo, luego se imaginaron las consecuencias que son: no van a poder ir a fiestas porque tienen una responsabilidad que es él bebe, tendrían que ponerse a trabar para mantener a la novia y al bebe y decidieron que todavía son muy jóvenes.

Cambios físicos de la mujer: Le empieza a salir bello en la vagina y las axilas, los senos empiezan a crecer, y el periodo menstrual.

Cambios físicos del hombre: La voz se le engruesa, le sale barba y bigote, le sale bello en los testículos, en el pecho, axilas, brazos, piernas y se vuelven mas altos

Cambios emociónales de la mujer: Empiezan a pelear por todo, se arreglan las uñas, el cabello, etc, se ponen coquetas, empiezan a ser mas femenina, etc.

Cambios emociónales del hombre: Se enojan por todo, quieren mas privacidad, tienen mas apetito, se empiezan a enamorar y les gustan las fiestas.

Derechos sexuales y reproductivos: A explorar la sexualidad sin miedo y vergüenza, a decidir si se quiere tener hijos o hijas a una edad adecuada, a no morir por causas evitables relacionadas con el embarazo o parto, a una vida libre de violencia, que rechaza las agresiones físicas, sicológicas y sexuales y a decidir si tener sexo con quien a una edad adecuada, etc.

el viernes Lorena nos explico como era la reproducción humana y nos mostró un vídeo de dos adolescentes que tenían un bebe y como era la vida de ellos Lorena nos puso a dibujar un hombre o un mujer y dos integrantes de nuestro grupo expuso un hombre y decían todo lo que tenían los hombre lo que a uno le pasaba en la adolescencia y  después Lorena nos dio unos papeles para escribir los derechos humanos y también nos dijo que preguntas ustedes siendo papas le preguntarían a su hijo  y también ustedes siendo   niños que preguntas les harían a sus papas de la reproducción.

Workshop with Lorena

On Friday we had a workshop with Lorena.First we talked about what we learnt at Camila. Then after that we got into different groups and drew teenagers (without clothes). In that activity we wrote the sexual and reproductive rights that the man or woman had. Some of the things we came up with were : A man has the right to decide who they want to have sexual relationships with and when they want to have they want to have sexual relationships. Also a reproductive right is if they want to use proteccion or not. At the end we watched a video about two teenagers who wanted to have sex but they thpught about the consecuenses. That concluded our workshop with Lorena.

Charla con Lorena!

 Yo aprendí muchas cosas con Lorena sobre los derechos de la sexualidad y reproducción. Aprendí cuales son los cambios de los adolescentes y sus derechos como el derecho a escoger con quien quiere tener relaciones, derecho a no ser violado.... también aprendí que existen protecciones para prevenir quedar embarazado o prevenir enfermedades como el sida . Las atracciones de las mujeres y las de los hombres y muchas cosas mas. 


Esta charla nos ayudo a prevenir muchas cosas y como cuidar nuestro cuerpo y tener cuidado con quien tenemos relaciones sexuales o no hacer cosas que no queremos hacer.

En la charla que tuvimos el viernes con Lorena aprendimos mucho mas de la sexualidad de lo que antes sabíamos, la charla estaba basada en los derechos sexuales de un hombre y una mujer, los derechos reproductivos y los cambios físicos que tiene una persona al llegar a la pubertad. También hablamos sobre los sentimientos mas que de lo físico, sobre la responsabilidad que tiene que tener una persona frente a su vida sexual teniendo en cuenta los derechos de su pareja. También sobre por que es importante cuidarse durante el sexo ya que un embarazo no deseado o una enfermedad de transmisión sexual pueden hacer que dejes de disfrutar tu vida como un o una adolescente, ya que dejarías de hacer las cosas que mas te gustan por tener que cuidar a un bebé cuando tu no estas preparad@.

A opinar o decidir cuando, como y con quien quiere tener sexo.

A ser respetada durante el encuentro sexual.

hoy hicimos una charla con Lorena a mi grupo le toco dibujar un hombre adolecente sin ropa y escribir sus derechos sexuales , reproductivos y fisicos  ,con mi equipo lo dibujamos pelo , los genitales , el abdomen y lo demas . nosotros escribimos sus derechos reproductivos y sexuales como : derecho a respetar su cuerpo , tener relaciones con quien quiera cuanto quiera pero siempre con mucha responsabilidad y a su devido tiempo , derecho a tener su propia personalidad , y tener el apoyo de sus padres si en algun momento deja enbarazada  a alguna mujer .

Hoy en la charla con Lorena aprendí lo importante que es la sexualidad con responsabilidad. Me pareció muy importante conocer derechos y los cambios que se tiene durante la adolescencia.
Algunos cambios en las mujeres es la mayor atracción hacia los hombres y lo mismo con los hombres mayor atracción a las mujeres.
Como derecho se tiene el poder elegir la persona con la que se quiera tener relaciones sexuales y no tenerlas con violencia.
También tenemos el derecho a estar informados de la sexualidad y saber que es por que para un futuro se debe necesitar.

Hoy en la charla con Lorena, nos hicieron hacer o a una Mujer o  un Hombre sin ropa, entonces a mi grupo nos toco hacer un hombre, nosotros hicimos la cara,el pelo,el pene,los pelos que normalmente les sale a los hombres,la chocolatina, etc.....
Entonces después teníamos que escribir en unos papeles los derechos sexuales y físicos que tiene el ser humano.

Experiencia de aprendizaje con lorena!

Hoy en el taller con lorena aprendi que ademas de ser importante el saber del sistema reproductivo, es importante saber los derechos en la sexualidad y la reproduccion uno de los que aprendi de las exposiciones de mis amigos y mi expocision fueron:

# El derecho a estar informado

# El derecho a tener una sexualidad sin violencia, ni obligaciones etc..

#  El derecho a protegerse del embarazo y de infecciones sexuales.

# El derecho a tener atencion en salud de calidad durante y despues del embarazo.

Para mi estos son unos de los derechos sexuales que debe de haber o hay en la sexualidad.
Otros derechos que aprendi fueron los de la reproduccion unos que aprendi durante el taller fueron:

#El derecho de tener el numero hijos que uno quiera.

# El derecho a decidir libremente el tipo de familia que se quiere formar

I like a lot go to Camila is very cool I learned about the stomach, mouth, ears, nose, uterus, babies, eyes, hearth, lungs.

The stomach is very cool whet Camila gave contractions the stomach star to move the movement is so cool and fun. After we go to the uterus and see the babies the baby move a lot and Camila is going to gave the delivery we see whet Camila gave the baby is very cool .The mouth is cool the mouth is to test the food.The esar are to lisen and wenth you lisen a piiiiiiiiiiii you need to go to a place with out sound. the nose didnt gave so difficult things you only smell with the nose. The lungs are important becous you can breathe with they are 2 lungs in all the bodys some times one is mamache becouse the oxygen. The eart i think that is the more important becouse pumped the blood to all the boby. and so this field trip to camila is very useful for us becous is connected with our unit.

What I like and Iunderstand

The activity I was in today, was very interesting, because I learned all the functions of my body, and in the activity I could see how the body did all the functions of every one of the organs.
In Camila, I learned that if you want to have a sexual relation, you have to be mature, big, and if you want to have a son, you have to be responsible, you got to think if you can take care of it .

I like very much to do the activity of CAMIA because can know what to do with the organs, because all the cells are working but  all your cells have to work and when a cells die but if one of your cells die always are going to do a nother cell and reproduce to have always more and more cells to work.

When i go to Camila´s field trip i learn that we need to have a good nutrition and a healthy lifestyles, too that  under the tongue we have two holes, when we think in food or when we are hunger sow the saliva begins to emerge of that holes. And as Camila is pregnant sow i learn that when someone will have a baby that person can´t use drogs,alcohol or smoke because that things can affect the baby , too that when  we have a baby we need to be very responsible because the sex is   not a game we have to  know the consequenses.
